2. In-person Initial Consultation
After answering any questions you may have, we will schedule a convenient time for your in-person consultation. This initial consultation gives us a chance to get to know you and your pet in their home environment, review care routines, and ensure we’re a great fit.
3. Activate Your Account
Within 24 hours of reaching out, you’ll receive an email invitation to activate your profile in our pet care portal, Time to Pet. Once activated, you’ll be able to update pet info, and so much more!
