Our onboarding process is seamless for our clients while assuring that your pet is comfortable too. The first step is to contact us. We are happy to answer any questions you may have over phone call, by text or email.

2. In-person Behavior Assessment and Consultation
After answering any questions you may have, we will schedule a convenient time for your in-person consultation. This consultation gives us a chance to get to know your pet in their home environment, review care routines, and ensure we’re a great fit.
3. Activate Your Account
Within 24 hours of reaching out, you’ll receive an email invitation to activate your profile in our pet care portal, Time to Pet. Once activated, you’ll be able to update pet info, and so much more!
Once we have completed the Behavior Assessment and Consultation, you will receive an activation link to our portal. We request that you review the notes we entered during our consultation.
